NatSpec^TM Services was founded by our Chairman Dean Toro, Mr. Toro has over 30 years experience in the complete development, management and market placement of over 50 nationally licensed Mortgage and Real Estate entities. Most recently developed one of the nations largest SFR distressed asset acquisition companies and working with many of the country's most distressed municipalities and agencies via Public/Private initiatives to reposition the heavy surge of unsalable distressed and deteriorating single family homes around the country. (Currently holding in excess of 20,000 properties nationwide)

Mr. Toro found a need for a reliable and consistent single point of contact to order home inspections in every zip code across the US and came up empty so he answered back with forming NatSpec^TM Services and became its own best client.

Mr. Toro would like his efforts to benefit others and therefore he is expanding the business model to the general public and other industry professionals alike to bring professional home inspectors and clients together within one easy site.

Ronald Toro brings to "Natspec^TM Services LLC" over 10 years of nationwide experience in completing hundreds of Real Estate acquisitions and as an owner of a VA based Construction Company he has intimate personal onsite experience in repositioning distressed housing. Ronald carries a unique experience in high level national oversight of construction/rehab and supply chain/vendor management and is proficient in the management and disposition of repositioned and distressed assets. He was raised in a family of Mortgage Bankers and Realtors and demonstrates a tremendous understanding of all facets of lending, sales and marketing and most importantly he is a stickler when it comes to CUSTOMER SERVICE.
